SOUTH CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- The 51st annual Armed Forces Day Parade was held Saturday. Medal of Honor recipient Woody Williams was the parade marshal. Iraq war POW Jessica Lynch was scheduled to attend, but was ill, parade organizers said.
