Police and firefighters survey the scene after a man drove his vehicle into a trailer's underpinning on Rocky Fork Road near Cross Lanes Wednesday afternoon. The accident occurred just across from Dorsey Stables. Police arrested the man, Timothy L. Brown, 39, of St. Albans and charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.
